Provided by YP.comThis store did a terrible job of delivering and installing a washer and dryer for my elderly parents. Then after a few weeks it was found the dryer was installed incorrectly. The fumes (gas) from the dryer were filling the crawl space in my parents home and leaking into the house. My father who is a heart/lung patient had been very very ill for the last month. The doctors could not figure out what was making him sick. My parents called Lowes and ask that someone come out and fix the problem, it took them three days to get there!! When I called the store and talk to the manger he was extremely rude to me. Told me if something happened to my father it wouldn't be Lowe's fault it would be the installer. nothing like standing behind your work/service.
