Solid service. Would use or recommend again!

I have been a customer for multiple years and have been impressed with the results. It has been a much better experience working with lawn pride versus other service providers.

Great customer service, my yard looks so much better after 1 year.

Our lawn is significantly improved after one season, and I look forward to continued improvement over the next few summers. The employees were always friendly and careful to shut our gates when finished.

I have been with Lawn Pride for over 4 years now. I am basically happy with the services they perform. This last year in 2020 we had a couple issues that were due to what i believe as new technicians. We had a n issue with the aeration service to where they had way to much pressure on the machine. It caused the machine to penetrate my soil by almost 4 inches deep which was ripping out chunks of my lawn (Not just the normal Lawn Plugs).

We contacted Lawn Pride after the procedure was completed and notified them of the issue. Within 4 days they had a manager onsite at our home to survey the issue. They fixed the situation by filling in the up-rooted lawn areas and over-seeding the areas covering them with topsoil filling in the gouges of lawn that was removed. )Issue Fixed Satisfactory).

Other than the above issue mentioned we have been pleased with the services offered by Lawn Pride.

Lawn Pride has treated my lawn for over 20 years and I wish you could see it. Nearly all the lawns on my street are cared for by Lawn Pride and mine is one of the best. I have been told many times that my lawn is the nicest in the neighborhood and I am asked frequently who treats it. Honestly, all I do is cut my grass, Lawn Pride does the rest! It takes an exceptional company for me to take the time and write a review…Lawn Pride is just that company!

Lawn Pride has been servicing my lawn for several years. The guy that comes out to do my treatment is always so kind and professional. They even come back for free if i have any remaining weeds. I have been very happy!

I have had lawn pride for almost 2 years now. They have always had great customer service and even better results. We recently moved into a new house and they were able to get our front yard (sod) well established and a bare backyard growing and beautiful! I look forward to working with them again next year in the spring!

am a customer of Lawn Pride, and have been for several years. When logging on to write a review for the recent work that Lawn Pride had performed on our acre and half property, I was shocked to see the recent review by Jeff. I have had nothing but great service from Lawn Pride. They have always been customer service oriented with us and have always been helpful in managing the needs of our large yard. There are many things that go into having a beautiful lawn. It takes time and a few applications to rid the yard of pesky types of weeds and grubs. We even went further with aeration and seeding to achieve a beautiful lawn of which our neighbors continuously comment on its beauty, the latter of which is why I logged on to create a review. We certainly would recommend Lawn Pride's services.

We chose Lawn Pride because we got a person on the phone, who was personable and claimed to offer great customer service.



Then that person disappeared after our first treatment. They claimed to customize their interactions, and support me (consumer) in a treatment for my lawn that would include face to face time.



None of that happened.



Then, they offered us a free deal when we complained, we kept our business to take advantage of that deal, and then pulled it out from under us claiming it never happened.



I gave my business to the little local guy, and hoped I wouldn't have to have every little thing in writing. My mistake - fool me once.



Stay away from Lawn Pride - the only things they do well is lie.

Lawn Pride turned my lawn around! I would recommend them to family and friends.
