I wonder if the other reviewer went to the right place. Langford are totally professional and nice people. Their price is more than reasonable. The only place I'll ever go.

Very bad experience.
Long wait, and customer service is non-existent.
It took weeks to get my car back, and they didn't call me once in that time. Not a single apology for all the delays and false positives "Your car will be ready tomorrow" (when I called them to check on it).
I'd recommend flipping a coin instead of taking your vehicle here.
