This shop fulfilled my Teleflora order for blush peonies and substituted everything in it with their cheapest selections and filler grasses. My blush peonies order arrived with:

_no peonies - they substituted them with carnations (nowhere near the cost of peonies)

_in orange

_full of filler grasses (more filler than flowers)

I would not recommend ordering from them.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers to be sent to my work (I work at a satelite office so he gave that address to the florist). The main location called and said that they had a delivery for me. I called my boyfriend and asked if he sent flowers, and he confirmed that he did and I told him that they were sent to the wrong location. He told me that he gave them the satelite location's address.





About an hour later I recieved a call from Ethel at Lady J's - she was the most rude person I have EVER talked to. She told me that MY employee sent her delivery person away (incorrect as I verified with our security guard at the front desk that NO delivery person, especially one with flowers had walked through our doors) which was a blatent lie. She then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that I am causing her company problems. I asked her why she or the delivery person did not call me (the reciepent) or my boyfriend (the sender) to verify the address if there was issues and Ethel's response was that she didn't have time since my employee sent her away and she will get the flowers to me.



I would stay very far away from this florist. They clearly do not know anything about customer service and they lack a huge amount of common sense.

Everytime I have found myself a day late for a birthday, mothers day, etc. , Lady J's Florist has saved the day. I live in Dallas, but grew up in Indy and all of my family is still in Indy. Whenever I have gotten so busy that time gets away from me and I have found myself in a position of being too late to mail anything, I have been able to call Lady J's Florist. The delivery is always on time, the prices are very reasonable because the service and and most imporatantly the flowers and also the balloon arrangements are always beautiful. The service is impeccable, professional and most friendly. I am forever grateful to have found a business/someone who has understood the importance of letting loved express their love across the miles. Thank YOU Lady J's Florist.
