they have my hoist broekn down for over two months with no light at the end of the tunnel, help! I feel like Iam being held ransome for parts,..its there name brand and no one else makes it and they told me that if I didnt pay them for service my parts woudl be three times the price....if I got another company to do the owrki? what the heck!!!

Authorized us to proceed with a $35,000 lead-paint abatement project and never paid us. PO was provided for the first $10,000 and verbal approvals from there on. Kone is a $1.5 billion company and they are refusing to pay or discuss it with us. We are a small business and haven't even seen the original PO paid but services have been provided in full. They got their lead-paint abated, we have over $29,000 in subcontractor fees and equipment costs that we have already paid out.
