First visit was to Dr. Ridell. Never received a follow up, but I had to call for the results. Office visit was $325.00 and I don't understand why the provider to by insurance was
"St Vincent Hospital Neuro Lab Inpt". (?????)

I have recently been diagnosed with Ms and was referred to Dr George. Dr George was wonderful, she took the time I needed to understant what was going on, and listened to my concerns. Very unsure of the diagnoses and of the out come we were very upset, but the staff was wonderful very understanding, didn't rush me, took the time to explain every step, even the office manager took the time to greet me and gave me her business card and told me to call if I ever needed anything, we were very impresses with the care I received.

Go somewhere else. I had 3 appts. at this location. On each occasion, I witnessed patients walking out angry with front desk. They are rude and have no sense of customer service. They do not call you with test results. You have to call them and results are not easy to obtain. They allow no messages to be left. The last time I visited this location, the nurse practionner, Gina Davis, had NO IDEA why I was there. She was unprepared. I also gott the impression they do alot of business with Medicaid and it was obvious these poor patients were treated differently!
