i also tried to call the cookie couple to place an order and to let them know that i called the mayor's office to protest vehemently against any attempt at an eviction of these entepreneurs from their location.any american patriot should be able to see clearly that this couple has a right to uphold their moral beliefs.americans are fast waking up to the overreaching and overbearing govenment at all levels.vival the tea party movement also!

The Christian community in Indianapolis are planning on a "just cookie" day in support of them defending their moral beliefs. Its not so much as refusing the order it was what was on the cookie; which causes this company to not support this event. Enough is enough!!! Its not hate, its called respecting one anothers beliefs. I am sure there are many other bakeries that will support this event. Please respect Just Cookies for expressing and taking a stand for their religious freedom.

We Need You! Stay Strong!

Modern society is on a very slippery slope. Just Cookies- you are caught right in the middle of that. Please know there are many of us praying for you. You took a stand. You are not alone. Daniel wouldn't stop praying and Eric Liddell wouldn't run on Sunday. Or how about J.Matt Barber, who was fired as Manager of Allstate Insurance Agency in Illinois because he wrote an article during his time off regarding marriage between a man and a woman and his Christian beliefs.

Stay the course- you are not alone and you have many supporters!

You Deserve 10 Stars

Way to go, for sticking to your beliefs. It actually sounds like your were set-up, after all, they went into a cookie place and asked for cupcakes, and specifically mentioned the event that the CUPCAKES were for. You can't tell me you weren't targeted.

This exact type situaltion is happening all over the country, it's not by accident...it's what Bullies do! Stand firm and be wise to what they are trying to do.

Good For you!

I felt led to say that I totally support your decision! As business owners I feel we have the right to say no to someone asking us to display our products or use them for events that are contrary to our belief system. You did the right thing. I will pray that God will give you peace, comfort, wisdom, and support from those around you to make it through these next days.

Be proud of what you have done. Your daughter will be proud of you! If I lived closer, I would tell every friend I had to go and buy cookies from your shop!! Too bad you aren't closer to Colorado.

Blessings to you!

right to say no

i want to applaud you for sticking by your beliefs. it would not have been a good example to your girls or anyone else. the gay community will not stop forcing this down our throats until we start biting into them. now i want some cookies, what do say?

I just tried to call to order cookies from West Virginia. I will support this business even though they are hundreds of miles away. Thank you for your MORALS, ETHICS, and BACKBONE! As soon as I find out if you will ship cookies, I will post on my Facebook and you will be flooded with orders!

Last time I checked most business all around America have signs up saying we reserve the right to turn anyone away and no one has a problem with it! Good for them to honestly take a stand!

I applaud a business for sticking to their morals and values. You give it 1 star...I give it 5.

Prejudice Bakery!!!

They refused to serve their product to a group of kids who happen to be gay. You can see the story at cnn.com or on Fox59's website. If you own a business you should be willing to sell the product to whoever purchases it. Just because your different doesn't make you better than anyone else. I'm ashamed!!

I am disappointed and dismayed at the practices of this so-called "place of business". Refusing to do business with a college institution for a GLBT event because it violates their "morals and values" and then hanging up on the person trying to work with them?! I didn't realize discrimination was a "moral value". Boycott them!‎
