OH MY GOD! This is the worst counselor I have ever seen. So unprofessional it is a joke. She actually had the gall to start talking about court related subjects in front of the minor child involved. When she was called out on how inappropriate that is, she became belligerent and actually tried to stop the parent and child from leaving! She followed them all through the building. She frightened a 10 year old. Please DO NOT send your child to this woman!!!!

Joyce is motivated by money, she makes this no secret as she is constantly talking about who she did or did not receive a payment from. She complains about not being paid enough in sessions and tried to change our fee midway through our sessions, saying she made a "mistake" when she told us a lower fee. Mrs. Lowry is very hard to communicate with, she changes subjects without warning and even mocks people after they speak. I found her profoundly unprofessional and was disgusted that the court is recommending people to this lady while their children's well being hangs in the balance. I was also quite taken aback by her constant references to her religion, and her lack of respect for anyone who has a different belief. Pray you aren't referred to her.

Joyce Lowry should never be in a position where a child's best interest is involved! She is very biased, unorganized and really only cares about the money. Avoid at all costs! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! Not very good with children! Total flake!

You just can not get any WORSE than this lady...

Both parents are equal right? and needed by the child right?

This one fails to realize this and if you would like poor advise and for all things involving equalization to be lop sided....go see her.

Stay clear from this aledged "professional" !
