NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY- Frye did restoration of our house back in 2008 - the supervisor Rob was great. We had a water spot appear in our ceiling shortly after the repairs were made and Rob came out and worked on what he thought was the problem in the roof and repaired the ceiling. Rob left Frye (not surprising after my interactions with Mr. Frye). The stain reappeared and got worse and molded. I called Mr Frye who did diagnose the issue correctly on the phone as a broken vent pipe but he weaseled out of doing ANYTHING about it. He is condescending, uncaring and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND his work - even thought we supposedly have a 5 year warranty on his work. I gave up talking to Jim Frye - he obviously has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS or care about the work he has preformed- even with a history of a problem dating back to just months after the work was complete. He wanted us to file an insurance claim and that would mean a $1,000 deductible for us - hardly worth it - then when I was unhappy he reluctantly offered to send someone to repair the pipe but emphatically would not repair the ceiling. Jim Frye needs a PERSONALITY TRANSPLANT and to GET OUT OF ANY INTERACTION with customers. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER hire this company for ANYTHING.
