Pulled in because of a sign that clearly said free Double Burger with the purchase of a large drink. (To Celebrate their new burger or something like that.) Enticing enough, I pulled in for my free burger. When I asked for the promo the guy looked at me very dumb-founded. I told him there was a sign out front. He immediately walked back and retrieved the manager, without any warning to me. The manager came out with her arms crossed, and in a smug way said "YES!!" I told her about the sign, and she said they HAD to have a coupon. I told her this was my first time in and the sign (which said nothing about a coupon) was the culprit, and without the offer I would leave. She just shrugged her shoulders, and turned around and walked away. I'll never eat at Jack-In-The-Box.

I just received poor service from their drive-thru. They don't seem to care or put any value in the quality of their service. I requested a fajita pita combo specifically emphasizing "no cheese" on my pita (due to medical reasons). They had me confirm my order on the screen which stated "No Amer Ch". I then paid for my order and I again checked my receipt which confirmed the second time that I requested no cheese. Before I took a bite into the pita I noticed yellow cheese in the pita. I dug into the rest of the pita and almost half of the pita was filled with cheese. I was already at home and would have been an inconvenience to drive seven miles back to complain. I paid for an item which I could not eat and I don't feel that I can trust Jack in the Box anymore.
