To date I've always received great service and reasonable rates. Gordon has been a blessing; got my vehicle running when the dealership had challenges and for a fraction of the cost the dealership was charging.

I would not suggest anyone taking their vehicle here. My car was taken here for a car diagnostic, as my car is older and I wanted to make sure what was precisely wrong with the car before putting any money into it. I was told this process was completed and my radiator was the wrong. I was assured several times this was the only issue with my vehicle as I had expressed I only desired to put so much money into my older car. I was told my engine had been checked for issues and none were found.After several conversations and reassurances I opted to get my car fixed



Fast forward several days and I'm told my engine has a leak and it will be several hundred dollars more of work to fix. Rightfully so I was upset at this as it's the exact opposite of what I was told. I requested that the radiator be removed from my vehicle and we'd be done with this. The service then begun to get sketchy as I was accused to misunderstanding information and told different things about why I brought the car there and what had been done.



After several debates it was agreed that the shop and I would split the cost of this issue, as labor had been completed by the auto shop. I was not given an itemized bill showing how much the actual part cost and how much labor and how long the labor took. The representative wouldn't even sign a copy of the paperwork that was given and was extremely rude and unprofessional.



I would not every chose to do business with this shop again, and would not recommend it to anyone.
