James is outstanding, professional and did a great job. My pump was failing and he quickly diagnosed it and worked around my schedule for installation. He didn't 'nickle and dime' me by the minute, but rather established a set fee which was applied towards a new sump pump. I would highly recommend James over the high priced establishments out there. I will definitely give J&C a call if I need service down the road.

J & C is disturbed by any negative review. J & C fortunately due to J & C being above all honest, putting our customer first an performing quality work we have sustained this one negative review. J & C publicly apologies for any all inconvenience. An once aware of the complaint J & C made sure ASAP this potential customer got a full refund. Confirming that J & C customers are always right. As well as confirming we are here to provide honest, quality service to our customer. J & C track record shows we are honest, quality workmen.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. The "tech" showed up with his girlfriend wearing a "dads against daughters dating shirt" took a flashlight, looked at my tank and said it needed to be replaced. No tests, didn't even turn on the water. He said the tank needed to be replaced. For literally telling me something I could have made up myself. I stupidly paid the $85 charge for a 5 minute look. Oh and when I came to my senses to cancel the check about an hour later...it was already cashed. Shameful and I will be contacting the BBB.
