I have lived here for 7 months and I regret ever signing the lease and am looking forward to leaving .. the maintanence sucks I have had a hole in my ceiling for 3 weeks a leak from my disposal and my air doesn't work costing me a huge electric bill.. they won't help with and still hasn't fixed .. every time I call some unskilled maintanence man comes and tells me the problem but I guess they don't have the skills to fix it ! So please save ur money go somewhere else I promise unless u or ur mate are a maintanence trained or know someone who is mm good luck on ur search
