International School of Indiana, located in Indianapolis, is an independent, private school. The school offers a variety of academic and cocurricular programs. It has more than 500 students in preschool through grade 12. International School of Indiana enrolls students from diverse ethnic, social and economic backgrounds. The school was established by a group of Indianapolis businessmen and parents. Its students represent more than 40 nationalities, and has over 80 teaching and administrative staff. International School of Indiana is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States, French Ministry of Education, and Spanish Ministry of Education. The school is a member of the European Council of International Schools, Indiana Non-Public Education Association and National Association of Independent Schools.
