I'd been there two times before. This last time was a disaster! I'd brought my own hair, and requested extra hair. I was told initially $130, but was told 150 because my hair was "thick". I was charged $180. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that they were having issues with the machine. To come back the next day. It was not until the next day that I found out that my braids were really uneven, and they didn't properly trim them. When I asked for a redo, I was told that I needed the receipt. They refused to give me a copy, or a redone hair do. It was not for a few days that I saw that I was over charged by $40.
