My parents (my dad in his 80s) recently had them replace 4 tires. One of the rims came back badly scuffed up and they refused any responbility for it. Then they noticed that all of the change that had been in the change holder in the center console had been stolen and dad found a dime dropped in the driver's seat upon first getting the car returned to them. There was also a bag with a new shirt in it that had been left in the backseat that had been taken. Of course Indy Tire denied any responsibilty and refused to make any restitution. Be warned!!

wish it was the number for tires plus. but the guy on the phone have me great customer service though. he aS kind and not rude at all

Ive been taking my mini vans here for years. In the past they have seemed fair, done good work, great service and pretty fast. BUT recently THEY HAVE BEEN DOING POOR WORK. perhaps due to mechanics changes. I took my van in and asked them to check the breaks.They 'turned the rotors' as they siad it was needed. The brakes felt worse afterwards! Took it back in 2 times and they siad everything was fine. Then took my van to firestone and they confirmed my thoughts, and said the rotors were warped and needed replaced now! Indytire refused to reimburse my $ for the rotor turning they did that screwed up my brakes! I have no faith in them now. I wont be going back there ever! Its a shame. Also a few months ago they put the wrong engine oil in my can, despite specifically asking them for the correct one.
