Provided by YP.comWent to the service dept for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Was told it wouldn't take any longer than an hour. Even though it did take longer, the manager apologized and made it right by only charging me for the tire rotation and not the oil change. I thought that was very professional and showed me that they valued my time as well since they did that without me having to complain or ask for anything.
