Towed my car at my apartment building that I have a parking pass for. The car was sticking out slightly by a curb because there was not a single place to park.Tried to say I moved the car and moved it back when I was ASLEEP AND DID NOT LEAVE MY APARTMENT . I paid to get it out and they tried to say they weren’t going to give me my car back because I need to “pay them respect.” These mfers don’t know how to do their job, towing a car that is authorized to park at this apartment building but aren’t towing cars that don’t have parking passes, do not work, or have a flat and have not moved in months! If they did their job CORRECTLY then people who live at this apartment building would have a place to park. Secretary lady tried to say Garfield Park Apartments are ghetto, this tow yard is ghetto tf.
