Highly recommend! I was nervous about using a new company, but my technician was awesome. Knowledgeable and personable, He answered all of my (probably silly) questions and reassured me along the way. He explained everything he worked on and was timely in responding to initial emails. He was also very prompt, arriving early for the first appointment (which I find to be rare!). Will definitely be reusing Indianapolis Garage Door and recommending them to friends and family!

The technician was able to come in early and fix the garage door. Explained the problem and fixed the door in about an hour. And we appreciated his friendliness and the time he took to review the option of different springs to replace the broken spring. I would recommend and use this company again.

He also adjusted my other garage door for an additional $30. I don't know why I didn't call sooner! I will definitely call them again.

Darn good service that did me right. I needed a few high-security locks installed on a few doors in my house now, and the first locksmith company I called sent some bonehead who didn't know what he was doing. I called this company next, and they made me wish I had called them to begin with.

I have used this company for years. I have several rent homes and I always call these guys for every problem. Of all the service companies I use on a regular basis, this is by far my favorite. He always gives me a 2 to 3 hour time slot and someone always shows up in that time. I love that they are always honest. They show me what is wrong and the show me the best way to fix it. I recommend this company to everyone I know.

even had a motor for easy access. I did not have enough of a budget to install the motor just yet, When I moved in the house had an old garage doors, so it had those spring issues and didn't however, they took care of the spring problems and I am able to open the door without any troubles.

I found Cowtown Door Company on the web. Called the number (on a Sunday). Expected to get a call the next day. Mike, the owner, called me within 5-minutes. I told him what I wanted and he quoted me a price. A couple days later he was at my house installing a new single garage door to replace my old doubles. Mike went the extra-mile to frame-up a sturdy header to support the single door and replaced my old rails. He was able to use my existing garage door opener and wired it up to the new install. Took him the better part of the day to do the work. It's over a year later and seriously, hardly a day goes by that I am not thankful for the great work that Mike did. The wife and I both get to park our cars in the garage, the door looks great and it has worked flawlessly since Mike did the install. I highly recommend Cowtown Door Company. Great work. Fair price. Good people.

The first guy came out and blew me out of the water with an estimate of $600. I told the tech that I had the entire garage door replaced for $700. I told him no way. The second tech was very rude and unprofessional. He acted as if I was lucky he was even there to look at my garage door. I just told him to leave. A friend of mine said that he had his spring replaced by Door Express for a reasonable price.
