Fast and professional also a good location

Just went there and this is such a horrible place. First of all, the nurse said the “doctor” would be right in. It wasn’t a doctor, it was a nurse practitioner. Normally I wouldn’t care but he was incredibly rude. I went in because I thought I was having an allergic reaction to medication. I had a fever for the past three days and today my entire body is itching like crazy. I recently told him that I started taking chantix and then the fevers started and the itching. He said “the fever is probably just nicotine withdrawal”. I had to explain to him that with chantix you smoke regularly for the first two weeks and then quit. Made me uncomfortable that he didn’t know that and just assumed my fever was from nicotine withdrawal. He then told me he thought I would be fine to keep taking it. IF I’M HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO MEDS, DON’T TELL ME TO KEEP TAKING THE MEDS!!!! I’m not a doctor and know that. He told me to take Benedryl. I said I did and that it didn’t help. He prescribed steroids. I asked if I could get a cortisone shot to help with the itching and he froze and stared at me like I was some sort of drug addict. What drug addict asks for cortisone shots?!?!? (I asked the pharmacist and she said none. Lol). He wouldn’t give me the cortisone shot. Before I left I asked if it would help me sleep tonight because I haven’t slept well the past few nights with the fever. He said yes.....steroids keep you up and I had to take 6 tonight to get it started. So no, it won’t help me sleep. What a quack. DON’T EVER GO HERE!!!!!!
