At the beginning, I thought I had found the best place to make one of the most important transitions in my life. But the day I got my dentures, they looked like they were made for anyone but me. They scared my children! The teeth were entirely too big for my face! I look like a caricature! Not one person that has seen me in them, outside of that dental office, says they look good at all!!! Since the dentist will not admit that I look absolutely ridiculous, my insurance says I'm stuck! I've NEVER worn them out, and I do not wear them period!! I would rather be toothless! They are so ill fitting that I can't even close my lips together! If you just want your smile back, DO NOT EVER GO TO IMMEDIADENT!!!!!!!

The staff is very courteous however, I am very disappointed in their abilities. I went in for a normal cleaning & was convinced to get some cavities filled. I was told my bite was "ok". Went home only to find out I was in a lot of pain and felt feverish. I went back and they readjusted my bite saying it should be "ok" now and that they did a really good job for me. (Self proclaimed praise) - went home to find out it wasn't such a good job and I'm still in a LOT of pain. They ordered me antibiotics and asked that I come in again. Went in and they readjusted my bite yet AGAIN. - Went home to find out I'm still in a lot of pain. After the 4th time, I called and could not find a single soul to accept responsibility for what had happened. They acted as if my 1 and a half month of pain was NORMAL. They did not show the slightest compassion or empathy. To this day, I cannot drink cold water and my bite still doesn't feel right. I can only eat from one side. Won't be going there again EVER!

I could not figure out why anyone would write a bad review about this place. I was in major pain on a Saturday and couldn't wait to be seen by someone. I was actually nervous because I saw some bad reviews (even though my husband had a good experience a few years ago), but they were the only ones who were open and could get me in. I was so glad I went there! I am even considering using Dr Swoverland as my regular dentist. Every single person there was very polite, friendly, and professional from the receptionist to the dental assistants. They were all very competent and caught some things that I knew were wrong that my regular dentist didn't see. I just knew it! They showed me the xrays and explained everything thoroughly as well as all my options. The dentist was also knowledgeable about people like me who have trouble with anesthesia (I usually am met with blank stares by other professionals). I was in good hands. Like I said, I am surprised by bad reviews. Both my husband and I have been here and have had the same wonderful experience. It makes me wonder if the type of people who put in reviews are just impossible to please. My only complaint was the wait time (an hour), but how can anyone expect an urgent care facility to get you in on time? There's no way for them to know how many people there will be at one time since they offer walk-ins and emergencies and can't always schedule in advance. I prefer to wait if it means they'll be thorough with me and do a great job. It was well worth the wait.
