Contacted them for an estimate and was told the estimate would be good for 30 days. That was true, but when the sales rep gave us his estimate, he told us we could save 700.00 "signing bonus" by signing that evening. Feeling pressured to "save" money, we signed. But I was never comfortable with the decision. The sales rep explained at the time we had 3 days to break the contract. After thinking it over I called him on Friday morning and went over some of my concerns with him. One of those was that I never got the chance to check out any finished jobs they had done (references). He said he would have the office e-mail me some. Long story short, the references were not what I asked for and made no sense to me at all. I wasn't given and did not ask for an explanation. I canceled the contract and they refunded my deposit with no problems. I can only say everyone was polite and professional. I can't give their product a rating because I never had the service done.
