I read a few of these reviews and am surprised. I've used HPS at my rentals and to flip 2 homes since 2013. I've even used HPS at my Mom's house. She thinks they are great.

I like to believe I am an objective person. As an owner, I am quite satisfied with the value (quality and price). Yes, half of the ownership passed away in 2016. Yes, there have been times when the timeframe for getting out to evaluate the situation has been longer than I'd prefer. Even so, the end result has been what I needed to sustain profitability, with an eye on maintenance and future repair costs.

I've used HPS multiple times in late 2016 and early 2017 as well. The quality and price are still where I need it to be. To be fair, there are good and bad apples at every enterprise. HPS is no exception. However, I know they are interested in feedback so they can address it. Just keep in mind as an owner, value is the primary goal. HPS will work with you to provide the value you need, and coach you when the subject is beyond your expertise.

Most of my renters like HPS. One does not. However, she doesn't trust anyone.

I hired hometown property services for cleaning/maitence services for apartment conplexes in downtown Indy. I was worried about doing so as the owner recently passed, but honestly I cannot rave enough about my experience. Everything was done professionally and the work was beyond satisfactory. The staff especially go the extra mile in everything they do. I especially appreciate how Cody, one of the supervisors, was so easy to work with in an issue that would come up. Also, Brittany is the HR department is always on top of any questions or concerns by my tenants. This company is definetly up and coming but is going places. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible! I would never recommend this company. They were sent by my warranty company to replace a garbage disposal. Took them over a week with multiply visits. After finally replacing he did not wire the disposal properly and it would not work. Claimed it was an electrical issue. I contacted an electrician who verified the issue was the faulty installation of the disposal. I had another wonderful company replace the disposal. Never trust this company!!!

BLT Properties had them come out to inspect and to do repairs to the plumbing. They showed up without tools, said they would call back within a week to set up a time to come back. A month later, still haven't heard from them about fixing the plumbing. Don't call this company!!

This company is not a licensed contractor, employees are felons if you want to pay twice to get the work do correctly don't use this company . Do your homework with this company beware! !!

Do not use this service! Day 1- Came out to review issues. Day 2- Arrived without scheduling an appointment Day 3- Still had not called to schedule an appointment; had to call company. Day 4- No call, no show. Day 5- Cancelled due to weather. Day 6- Late/left early, did not return. Day 7- Late. Did not finish job; left materials. Smoked on property. Fell asleep in vehicle. Took trim from house and has not returned it. Worst customer service ever! No stars!
