I've lived in this apartment complex for 3.5 years and it has continuously gotten worse and worse. The hallways are completely trashed 6 out of 7 days of the week. I've had maintenance "fix" my leaking air-conditioning 3 times. There are always individuals blaring music and talking loudly on the balcony at night. Police have visited the premises on multiple occasions.



The laundry machines are NEVER working, which brings me to my most recent incident. I had over $200 worth of clothes (business dress shirts, polo shirts, khaki shorts, jeans, etc) stolen out of one of the dryer machines. When I called to ask management if they had any way to contact all residents, they refused to help and told me to file a police report and go through my renter's insurance.



I can not WAIT until my lease is up in November. I would break my lease now, but I was told that I would owe 4 months worth of rent... Two at the time of my "60-day notice to move out" and another two at the actual time of move out.

Horrible Management. I do not recommend wasting your money here. Management has changed twice and the maintenance staff changes every couple of months. The new management currently in charge are extremely rude and do no follow-ups to any maintenance requests I put in. Every time I ask them to do anything to my apartment they say their staff is busy doing emergency maintenance. It seems that's all their maintenance staff does. They are too cheap to actually hire any professionals to fix any real problems and hire maintenance people who leave your apartment with dirt from their shoes and do not clean up after areas they have worked.
