Provided by YP.comIn my experience with Hertz it seems there has been several issues but today Ben at the Castleton Location was extremely helpful! You could tell he took his job seriously and was very professional and patient. He made calls, pulled files, and did what was needed to find the information needed. If I use Hertz again I would go through Ben if possible. He is a all-star employee and I appreciate his excellent costumer service. Ben's service was far and beyond any service I have received through Hertz. Thank you Ben, you rock!
