This was my first time using a moving company and it was the best decision I made. I had purchased a groupon and scheduled the move a week ahead with no issues. I loved how they called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. I moved from a house to a storage unit and it took 2 hours. The 2 gentlemen were very nice and handled my things with the utmost respect. Thanks for making my move stress-free!!!

We had an amazing first experience with Here to There! Damon, Ryan, and Matt were our movers and they were fantastic! From start to finish, they were courteous, efficient, and respectful. They treated our items as if they were their own! When a problem arose, the office staff (Jeff) handled it immediately and professionally. I am so glad my friend recommended them. I will definitely use them in the future!

We had an excellent experience moving with Here To There. We were the first move of the day and our guys got started by 830. They were efficient, took good care of our belongings, and completed our move by 1230, despite it being 90+ degrees out. We were super surprised at how smoothly it went. We also used a groupon and didn't have any issue booking the date we wanted. Thanks for being ridiculously good at your job, Roosevelt!!

We purchased a Groupon for this move. We moved on Aug 19/2017
We were given a time slot of 12-5 for when they would arrive. JD, Michael and Jacob M arrived at 12:15. They were exceptional! Very professional, fun, moved quickly, considerate. I cannot say enough great things about them. They were our moving angels. As an added bonus I am Canadian and Jacob was a big hockey fan (even if it was for the wrong team) it was fun to talk hockey in the south. All of my expectations were surpassed and exceeded. WOW
Never have I been more motivated to write a review. These men deserve raises. They wowed us and made our day incredibly smooth. Thank you so much JD, Michael and Jacob M

Guess I'll be the first to say that my moving experience with Here To There was absolutely painless!! Ronnie & Roosevelt showed up on time, were courteous, efficient, and fast! I had previously purchased a Groupon for my services & the guys helped me figure out what cost range my move would be before the labor started (I actually had a list of the things that were to be moved from my 2bdr apt to another unit). The guys were terrific & I'd definitely use them again.

Ryan and Damon did a great job. I was moved within the time frame I needed. I had to reschedule my move three times due to rescheduled mortgage closing. Amy helped me keep the rates I originally booked. No complaints.

I was very please with the two man crew they sent. They arrived on time and they got things done quickly. They helped pack and empty out closets as well as move heavy items down three flights of stairs. They were very careful to wrap all the fragile items and handle them very carefully. I had a Groupon and it saved us a lot of time and pain in moving items up and down stairs. They were very polite and I would definitely use them again

Workers were nice, but dropped many items.
My floor incurred many deep scratches due to workers trying to push wood furniture on my wood floor.
Here to there movers tried to "fix" my floor, however the fix looked good for a week, then began to smear making it look worse. The owner who applied to fix told me that the patch would be permeant and not smear.
Going forward with the claim, the customer service rep told me that at best they could give me a couple hundred dollars and that I would have to pick up the rest of the bill. This would cover 5 percent of the total bill. I am currently going forward with a lawsuit.
I would never recommend anyone to hire these "professionals"

I wish I could give them negative stars. I did not hire Here to There Movers to move anything or enter my home. A friend of mine did with my permission. She used your services to obtain a refrigerator (which you also damaged in the move) as a gift. During that move Here to There Movers damaged my home. BOTH sides of the hallway; which has already been acknowledged by Here to There Movers. It took several weeks for someone to come look at the damage and begin to make repairs. Craig advised he would most likely be in contact after Labor Day weekend but agreed both sides of the hallway need to be painted floor to ceiling. I received no such contact. Shannon (the friend who hired Here to There Movers) attempted on multiple occasions through phone and email to coordinate further repairs did so to no avail. The options given to me were we will pay for a gallon of paint and not actually paint OR we will spot paint with the like color you already have.

It was a excellent move experience for me. They moved my stuff to the new place with very quickly and carefully. The movers were very plite. They are very professional and exactly knew what they do, they are very planned well with each moving steps, which also help me to save time and money. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a moving company!!!!

Horrible company. Completely unprofessional. Had an awful experience and when I complained about all the horrible customer service I was told this by the CEO: "You are clearly making something out of nothing... As we suspected before. Cindy in acting at my direction." Let me tell you, I was not overreacting. I was put on hold two different times on purpose for over 20 minutes a piece. I was yelled at they refused my Groupon. The manager showed up at my house to assess the damage with his fly down. Overall, completely disgusting and horrible service.

I hired the company to handle my move a few years ago. They moved my things to their storage facility. I now know that the storage unit had SEVERE roof problems. When it rained there were leaks in the building. No one ever contacted me or my point of contact to inform me that there may be an issue with rain getting into my unit. This storage unit is advertised as "indoor and protected from the elements" but obviously my unit was not protected. SEVERAL of my items were ruined by mold damage. There was one box that was actually wet from the outside. I contacted the storage facility immediately, the manager advised me to file a complaint online with corporate office. I did that. I seem to be getting the run around. I have called and sent email numerous times, only to be ignored or told that they are still waiting for feedback.I was advised to have a certified mold inspection company come to my apartment and test all my items (and apartment). The tests came back and confirmed that there is mold present on more items (and now in the air). I sent all this information to the company...yet they have not responded with a plan for compensation. I filed a complaint with the BBB..which they ignored the BBB just like they ignored me. I am now in the process of suing the company in small claims court.

OMG, I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have never moved before and couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

The customer service girl was awesome and answered all my questions, and I had alot of them!!!

My crew was Cliff and Chris and they were fantastic!! Not only were they really sweet but they were super quick and careful. They wrapped all my furniture to protect it and had my stuff loaded up in two hours. I needed them to stop at my storage unit and pick some stuff up for my new apartment and not one time did they complain about the extra work! They were great and very professional.

They had my stuff unloaded into my new apartment so fast I had the rest of the day to unpack, and my bill was LOWER than I had budgeted!

Ive told all my friends about this company and will highly recommend them to anyone I can! Great Job Guys!!

This is the worst moving company. They changed the price at the end. They brought the smallest truck taking 2 trips, $500 more. They broke many items and the movers stole electronics and personal items. One of the movers sat in the truck for 2 hours and I was still charged for him. The worst thing is one of the movers was hitting on my teenage daughter. It was horrible. I felt like I was high jacked. I needed to be moved that day and I sure couldn't call another mover at this point. I complained to the owner and he did nothing. He refuses to call me back. What business owner does that? I would say find another mover any other mover.

Long story short, they treated me horribly and eventually made me cry... I ordered an entire bedroom suite. The first delivery they brought was one item, a broken foot board, and they knew nothing of the rest of my items. So, they left and said they'd call me later that day. They didn't. I called them and they said that they had to sort things out with the vendor... that took a while...finally, a few weeks later July 3rd they come out again. They didn't bring all my items and even tried to convince me that I was wrong about it. I pointed out the items on THEIR shipping document that they did not bring and finally he said he didn't know what to do so I should call their manager. I called their managers cell, he called me back and said that he found the remaining pieces would deliver them on the 4th. I rearranged my holiday to be there for the shipment and they called me and said that the driver called the house, no one answered, so they went home and would like to reschedule for the 5th. This was the point where I stopped being nice. There were 3 people home all day, so I thought it unlikely that we missed the call. I scrolled through my caller id and sure enough, no call. I told the lady that the delivery guy (probably a stupid kid) was lying and I demanded they fix it and delivery the stuff immediately. She called back and said it would be there shortly... but that I had to describe the items to her again, because they weren't quite sure which pieces were mine... which struck me as odd since they just told me they were on a truck already?! You might think this all pretty crazy, but just wait... I haven't cried yet... 2 guys deliver the remaining parts. When they sit them down and ask me to sign I said, "You're going to install them right?" They said, "No. We're covering for another guy and he said all we have to do is drop them off. Sign here." I said, "You've GOT to be kidding me. Here, the work order (the doc he wants me to sign) says, 'Drop off and SET UP.'" So I said again, "You need to "set up" and then I'll sign. He said no. "Sign the document or we'll take the items back." At this point, I'm in my bedroom alone with 2 pissed off guys that they had to cover for another guy on the 4th, they look threatening, and are trying to force me to sign a piece of paper that they KNOW is wrong. I marked up the paper stating that they did not 'set up', only delivered, and signed. Then cried when they left.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!! THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OR VALUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEIR CUSTOMER'S TIME, NOR DO THEY SEEM TO CARE. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT ON A WEDNESDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. I HAD AN AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT AND TOLD THAT THEY WOULD ATTEMPT THE 2:00 TIME SLOT, BUT IF IT WAS GOING TO BE LATER THEY WOULD NOTIFY US. AT ABOUT 3:15 I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THEM STATING THEY WOULD BE PICKING UP OUR ITEM FOR DELIVERY AROUND 4:00. BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT CALLED PREVIOUSLY, I HAD LEFT WORK EARLY AND HAD BEEN WAITING AT HOME FOR THEIR 2:00 ARRIVAL, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I COULD HAVE WORKED AN ADDITIONAL 2 HOURS. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY THE DRIVER THAT I DIDN'T REALLY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE JUST FITTING ME IN. DON'T DO ME ANY FAVORS!! I CALLED THE BRANCH TO EXPLAIN, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, IF THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL HER, WAS RUDE AND BASICALLY SAID SHE WAS JUST AN EMPLOYEE AND COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO TALK TO A MANAGER. I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A MANAGER WHO COULD HAVE SEEMED TO CARE LESS. HE OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT WHICH I TOLD HIM HE COULD KEEP. IT WASN'T ABOUT THE MONEY, IT WAS THE FACT THAT THEY WASTED HALF OF MY DAY AND COULD CARE LESS. DO NOT CALL THEM TO MOVE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP.
