I cannot say enough good things about Rachel Bell and the other women I've encountered in the Title X Family Planning clinic of People's Health Center. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly, eager and willing to explain anything, and answer all questions. And they have the kind of demeanor not typically found in the healthcare industry—they are sweet and funny, non-judgmental, and genuinely seem to care about all of their patients. I have never been so at ease during any OBGYN visit as I have been the last couple times I've been there. Highly, highly recommended.

The doctors are fine but the people doing the paperwork need to have eye exams or something. I was pregnant and went to the emergency room then I had some blood work done at peoples they read it wrong and told me I was fine two weeks later I went in for an ultrasound and they told me I had miscarried and the people at peoples had read my paper work wrong. I cant emphasize how terrible it was to be given false hope and messed with for weeks by them. They need to get their eyes checked or get fired or something because reading someoens blood work incorrectly is not something you should do!!! And this is not the first time they have messed up!!!!
