VERY thin walls lots of kids (college). Office hours are very sporadic some days noon to three. No mail delivery of packages. If they sign for it, good luck picking it up. They access you place without 24 hour notice. Maybe that's not a law in Indiana. In most states it is, and seems really odd. Did I mention the kids? Not bad for a temp move if you work a lot, but not good for a place to remain.

Pros: It is nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. Packages delivered to your apartment.



Cons: VERY THIN WALLS. Do not recommend if you are a graduate student, medical/dental student, or working professional. The apartment complex mainly has undergrad students from IUPUI who yell and play loud music at all hours. If you want a quiet place to be productive/study/get good rest, this is not the place for you. Be prepared to sleep with headphones on. Despite multiple complaints to management, the reply is "We will take care of this", but nothing changes. Also, sawdust falls from the ceiling.

The Leasing Office is now open for hardhat tours Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday Noon to 5pm.
