The worst place to live. I got a updated apartment so I thought it would be good. Move in day. I had to cleanup construction mess. Back patio covered with nails, electric debris lumber trash you name it I had to remove all myself. Had to dig a ditch from my front door as every time it rained I had to wade through water. The Maintance man stood and watched this. Never came when I called and when I caught him he always had another assignment. Every time anyone turned on anything electric my tv turned off. I lived in fear my apt would burn down they would not address this issue. Not a safe place to live

Poor conditions maintenance is obsolete discusses your affairs with other tenants. Expects payment promptly but repairs are at his convenience. This rating system requires at least 1 star which this apartment does not deserve. Please check # of complaints through court system and board of health.

Flooding, mold, leaks, horrible appliances, good luck getting anything fixed or fixed properly.
