Won't stand behind their work
Repaired a sectional and the problem returned no warranty on work
only a few months and now they want to charge again

I had a round coffee that had several nicks and a gouge that required filler and stain. Justen arrived on time and corrected those problems. Looking around we found numerous nicks on our furniture that Justin repaired. Very happy with the service and expect to have him back when the nicks pile up through normal or abnormal actions.

We had a very expensive wood dining table that we wanted to protect from scratching. I realize any piece of furniture can be scratched if abused, HOWEVER, we have babied this table and we afraid to even eat on it without a pad and table cloth. So I wanted to have protection added to it. I contacted Furniture Medic
He (the owner) replied with the following statement in an email: "Applying quality and durable finish to wood furniture is one of our specialties." Well unfortunately, they are not very good at their specialty because the finish theyWell unfortunately, they are not very good at their specialty. He said, " We can clean, sand off the old finish and apply our two part conversion varnish with a catalyst hardener for $415." He also told us: "It will be hard as concrete when done" and "Its as scratch resistance as a wood floor." Sadly, he ruined our table. It is covered in scratches, scuffs, and nicks, and my husband and I are retired and live alone so the table gets very little use. Whenever anything is set on it, scratches appear. The finish is soft and has no resistance to scratching from even a semi-soft placemat. The worse part is, he refuses to do ANYTHING and says "how do I know what you did to it." Very bad business and does not stand behind his work!
