PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, AND THEN TELL YOU YOUR FURNITURE IS NOT THERE AND HAS NOT ARRIVED, AND WILL NOT ARRIVE. THEY MAKE FUN OF YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO GET ANSWERS AND TELL YOU YOU'RE SCREWED WHEN YOU TRY TO GET A REFUND. READ THE FINE PRINT. TERRIBLE COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I read the other reviews and I have to say that I totally disagree with them. My experience was just the opposite. I received my furniture as promised and had excellent customer service. I just loved how helpful everyone was in the store. If my salesman was busy it was like the other guys made it a point to answer whatever questions I had TEA MWORK!

WARNING! - DON'T EVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE

Friday, I ordered $1400 for a bed and pub dining table from Furniture Discounters. The sales person was Tyler. When my wife and me spoke with Tyler we were promised a Saturday delivery. While we were leaving another customer came in the store complaining about taking off work only to not have her merchandise.



Saturday came and our family prepared for the new furniture by cleaning, breaking down our old furniture and giving away our dining table to a friend that needed a table. Saturday night, we called to speak to Tyler and he apologized because he couldn't even find our paperwork. After a couple of hours, I called back and spoke to Tyler in which he told me that the paperwork was on his manager's desk and that my bed and table was NOT on the truck for delivery. He said that my furniture would be delivered on Monday because their Warehouse was closed on Sunday. I then proceeded to let Tyler know that I was very uneasy about his company's business practices and lack of organization. I told him that I am fearing that the delivery will go wrong and to "Make sure every item is on the truck for delivery." Tyler assured me that everything would be fine and in fact he would give me a call Monday to let me know what time my delivery would be at my home.



That night my wife did some research online and found out that Furniture Discounters has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau with many complaints and 22 no response complaints. We then felt even worse about our decision to purchase from them.



Monday came and my only call came from the delivery guy to let me know that he was close to my home. Me and the delivery guy discovered that a bench to my pub table was not placed on the truck. I told him that I would not give him the $69 for delivery until all items are in my home. The delivery guys then called Tyler at the store. Tyler asked me to pay the delivery guys (as they are just contactors) and he would have my missing item delivered that day. I said no. We then all agreed that I pay delivery fee once my item gets delivered that day (Monday). The delivery guys left. Upon opening the boxes I had to ask my wife to leave work to verify what we have in opposed to what we ordered. The table, chairs and bench were all wrong. I told them I wanted a refund and to take the bed and everything back. My wife spoke with the manager Phil and he said they have a no refund policy. On Tuesday my wife had to call from multiple phone numbers because they will not answer if they see our telephone number. Tyler told my wife that all of the orders were on the delivery truck and would be delivered that day no matter what. It took them hours to deduct the $1400 we paid yet it is approaching a week and still no resolution to my problem. I know there are MANY of other individuals in Indiana that this company has had customer issues with.



We have contacted 6 for help, the Attorney General and the BBB. We are going to make a UN-Fan page on Facebook and possibly start a class action lawsuit. They should NOT be in business. They won't even tell you who owns the company. Probably because it's owned by SATAN himself! I will not rest until all businesses under this name and ownership have been shut down. And all sales people and owners should be exposed so that they do not start up under a new name. They really Fu@kd with the wrong ones! - I hate that I have to give them 1 star.

Stay Away from this place

Horrible Customer Service, they go through employees faster than any place I have seen. Purchased a couch and love seat in May. The furnature arrived damaged, sales rep advised they would come back to my house to repair. Its now the end of Sept. The Sales guy who promised us the repair is no longer with them and they want me to take the furnature back to them. They cannot even get the parts ordered. I have called this place no less than 8 times in 5 months each time I get the same story "we just ordered those parts and they will be in next week". If you are looking for a painful expeirnce by all means shop here!
