We went into Floors To Your Home looking for new flooring for our kitchen. We went to both the Noblesville and Lafayette Road locations and the staff at both locations were extremely knowledgeable of their products and provided recommendations without being pushy. After visiting other flooring stores to compare quotes and products, we couldn’t find a better product for the price. We were able to put in our flooring under budget! We will be coming back to check out backsplash options!

Initial service was fantastic and I was told that if they did over estimate that I could bring back excess if in 30 days BUT when I did bring the excess back I was charged a 30% restock fee that surprised me because the product had sold out during the time that I had it. So if they say they estimate high to ensure area is covered just be aware that it could cost you.

Very shoddy workmanship on installation.

Had hardwood floors installed in five rooms & two hallways and very displeased.

Company wound not return any messages and gave my wife the runaround.

All cost had to be paid upfront before they would even install flooring.

Would not recommend.

We bought some laminate flooring from them that has been down 9 months. Started having issues and was told we could potentially have to pay for an inspection. If we would have known the warranty process works this way we would have never bought this brand. I also requested that a company rep contact me to discuss the issues we are having and was told by the rep at floors to your home that I would get a phone call. That's been 2 weeks ago and no call. I also reviewed the product online and don't trust the reviews. The only review they post are the positive ones they leave out the reviews if they have anything negative in them. Really wish I would have stuck with mohawk or armstrong flooring.... Buyer beware!
