I have never written a negative review in my life but the disappointing and unprofessional manner in which this company treated me is necessary to write about. This company is an absolute joke. I ordered fortune cookies for my wedding as the concept is really fun. Unfortunately, the product I received was incorrect (wrong messages, wrong flavour and broken cookies) and any attempt I made to contact the company to rectify this issue was met with silence. I emailed and called this company on multiple occasions to try to get my correct order and heard nothing. Until.... I threatened to write this review and then miraculously the company contacted me to let me know that they are so sorry and that they would refund my money. However, since sending the company my account details for the refund I have not heard back from them, I have emailed them on multiple occasions and they ignore my contact. This was 4 months ago. I have to say I believe that the positive reviews for this company must be falsified. I wouldn't risk making a purchase from this company, it will become a very expensive mistake to make. My order cost over $350, you would think this kind of business would be important to them, obviously not!

I received some as a gift. They are as great as they say! Flavored cookies (the baked dough part), plus flavored chocolate (some are icing-like) dipped coating, plus flavored coatings/sprinkles on top of that. I'm spoiled. Regular Chinese restaurant fortune cookies now seem stale, dull, and boring in comparison.
