I purchased five of the tuscany outdoor bar stools for my new covered patio bar. They are gorgeous and just the elegant, classy look that I was hoping for. They were a little more pricey than other outdoor bar stools that I was looking at, but you get what you pay for. I have a feeling that I will get many years of pleasure from these stools. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a full patio set and glider from them and then called in another order for additional pieces. I told the sales person I wanted the same chairs that I had previously purchased. When I received them the chairs did not have seat cushions. I called the sales person about it and he said that he forgot to put them on the invoice and to come back in to pick them up. I did and then the sales person told me he had made a mistake and if I wanted the cushions, I had to pay more for them this time (even though my previous order had cushions). I talked to the manager about it and he said I could return my order but that if I wanted cushions for these chairs I had to pay more this time and "sorry for the inconvenience." The manager did not care!
