We called Factory Direct for our replacement windows because they have an A+ Rating with Angies List & BBB. They provided an excellent quote. Once the windows came in the project was scheduled for insulation. The installers arrived on time. The first day they removed all the old windows, installed all the new windows and cleaned up inside and outside. They hauled away all the old windows and trash. They insulated and sealed all the windows inside and out and installed the finishing trim. They cleaned the windows and trim. They also put back all the window treatments - blinds, etc. Throughout the installation, they carefully followed lead remediation protocols due to the age of the house. I am completely satisfied with the results! The windows are beautiful and expertly installed. They use high quality windows that far exceed energy efficiency standards.

It was very easy to reach initially to schedule an in-home estimate. He was friendly, professional and honest. He provided great work! He called the morning of the appointment and said he could come early if convenient. I appreciated the call and the earlier appointment time. I would highly recommend.

We called and scheduled an appointment. He was right on time and was very helpful in picking out the right windows for our home. There was no high pressure to buy. He was very professional in both his appearance and presentation of his product. We would highly recommend this company.

When we purchased the home, we were told that some of the newer windows had been installed by Factory Direct, so we considered them for the replacement of a few more windows, and after pricing other companies alongside Factory Direct, we realized that for the product we wanted, they were hands down the best. So we worked with them, and every step, from getting the windows measured and ordered, to scheduling installation, to the installation itself and settling the bill, was carried out professionally and flawlessly, and everyone we dealt with there was friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to anyone!

Mike and Tim the installers from Factory Direct came out to install our windows. They worked very efficiently and in a timely manner, they did high quality work and I couldn't have asked for better guys to do my job. I am extremely happy with my windows, and the company. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for window replacements. They are no pressure and they are a very professional company!

We received estimates from five different companies. We chose Factory Direct Home Improvement because of quality, cost, and knowledge of the salesman. The employees of Factory Direct were very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent information. The cost was by the best out of all the 5 companies. The quality of the windows were top of the line. They were very detailed in their approach to installing the windows and they were very patient with us. I would recommend Factory Direct to anyone looking for window replacements!

Amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the sales representative, Barry, to the installation crew, Mike & Tim. Our interaction with this company was excellent. Everyone was professional, friendly, considerate, family friendly and did high quality work. There communication was awesome as well. The installation crew made window replacement looks easy. Our home looks updated and is more energy efficient. We recommend Factory Direct to anyone looking for new windows!!

The consultant came to our home and measured all the windows and gave us a price. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he left us with brochures. A few weeks later we called and purchased the windows. Three weeks later the windows arrived and they were installed in one day. The workers were extremely courteous and cleaned up everything very well. The quality of the workers was the most impressive. The detail work is outstanding. Each time we called him we either got thru directly or he called us right back. This company communicates well. I have already received 2 follow up calls to make sure my windows are still looking great.

The price was excellent. We shopped around for awhile. & Factory Direct was by far the best price. The general manager came out personally and measured all the windows, talked to us and helped us to decide which windows to go with. He did more than expected in terms of customer service. He did not pressure me at all. I called back about a week later and purchased the windows. They called me to schedule insulation. Mike came out to install my windows, he was great and he did such a fabulous job on my windows. Factory Direct had such great customer service and you could tell they really wanted to help you, not pressure you to buy windows.

This company was great from the time we called for an estimate to having our windows installed. They came highly recommend from Angie's List and the BBB. We called them out to our home for an estimate in May, the great thing was they didn't try to sell us, they answered all of our questions, showed us all the windows we asked about, and helped us understand the process when purchasing new windows and how they are installed. We called Factory Direct back out about 3 week later to purchase windows. The price was great, it was the best price out of the 4 other window companies that we had come out. Somebody came back out to our home for us to sign the purchase agreement, and go over everything once again. They said it should take about 3 week for our windows to come in. & our windows were installed within 3 weeks.The installers were very nice, we got Mike which is one of their best installers with over 29 years of experience. Our windows are better than we ever expected! We also have a lifetime warranty with a non-prorated warranty.Thank you so much Factory Direct!

The whole experience with Factory Direct was wonderful. The sales person came on time, measured the window area, discussed all the options and quoted me. He did not do a hard sales pitch, (which is a plus for me) he thoroughly knew his product and was very easy to work with. He was there for about 20 minutes. The installer came out to double check the measurements before placing the order. The installers were great. They were at the house first thing in the morning, covered everything in my sunroom with plastic, removed the old windows, put in the 7 windows and completely cleaned up the area inside and out. The windows look great!

A guy came out last week & was not happy that my husband was not in the meeting. He would not give me a written quote& kept suggesting that I get other quotes first. When someone called this week for a follow up I told her and she said she was new and hoped I would have better luck else where, really???

Nice Guys! They came out to give me an estimate last week. I haven't bought yet, but they didn't pressure me to buy right there on the spot either. When I'm ready to buy in the next few months I'm going with Factory Direct Home Improvement.

I called them to find out if they could replace a window for me. We went through my issue with the current window and I found that I don't have to replace it, they just walked me through on how to repair it over the phone. Thanks!!!
