Local Indianapolis company that offered affordable prices, numerous brands to choose from, and they had the fastest lead time for installation. Very happy with Factory Direct and the service they gave.

I recently purchased my dream home that needed some updates and work done to make it complete. Factory Direct came in and helped me find exactly what I needed. I felt guided by my sales consultant, not "sold" or pressured, and that was huge for me! Also, the installation process went smoothly and exactly on time. Stellar company that lived up to their excellent reviews.

I thought the process of buying windows, a front door, and a patio door was going to be daunting however it was not. Factory Direct and their team of consultants and installers made the entire experience easy and pleasurable. They guided me based on what features were important to me, all while staying within my budget. The end result looks incredible and I have already referred them to several of my neighbors.

Our windows were installed last month. The installers were amazing and we were very happy with our purchase. There is a huge improvement in energy efficiency and curb appeal.

We had 18 windows installed over the summer. We also purchased the low e and argon which was extra. I wasn't sure how that work out but, WOW, I can tell a huge difference this winter! I was just buying from Factory Direct due to the fact they had the best pricing out of 3 different window companies. Happy Customer Here!

Factory Direct of Indianapolis did a superb job with the installation of my windows. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My strict budget was my biggest concern and I was very happy they were able to help me find exactly what I wanted within the budget I needed. I would highly recommend this company as they definitely lived up to their reputation for me.

We had put replacing new windows for our home on the back burner for quite some time but over the past few months I did a substantial amount of research knowing that we inevitably had to have it done. Like all the other window companies that came to give me an estimate, Factory Direct promised quality products and excellent service. However, it was very clear that of all the companies, Factory Direct had the best "track record" when it came to full-filling these promises. I checked out many different sites to lean about this company and all the different reviews they might have. We decided to go with them and I'm glad we did. My installer Howard was great and very friendly. My windows and patio door were installed two weeks ago and Factory Direct definitely delivered on all fronts.

I had my old wood windows replaced with high enery efficient windows, along with custom trim. I am pleased with the work Factory Direct did. I felt they were very accommodating and had many products with plenty of options to choose from. The financing option was a highlight as well, as it was pretty easy and quick to get approved. I have had mutiple neighbors ask who did my windows since they look so great. This of course, made my wife extremely happy. I am glad I did my research and found this company.

Factory Direct took good care of us. My consultant Jason was extremely helpful and gave me some options that I never had even thought of. He made sure to see my entire project all the way through and he was always available when I called with questions. My windows were installed 1 week ago and I am so happy with the finished outcome because they look fantastic.

My experience with this company was excellent. Factory Direct was able to work with my strict budget and happily gave me a lot of different options. My consultant worked hard to give me great energy saving and cost saving information, which I really appreciated since this was my first time purchasing windows. Overall, I would give them 5 stars across the board for providing exceptional service.

I had a very positive experience with purchasing windows from Factory Direct. My window consultant was a man named Sony and he was great. He took his time when showing me different window options and was very informational (I had a lot of questions). I shopped their quote around and they were easily the best price in town and had the best reviews everywhere I looked and did research. Lastly, their installers are excellent and timely. I couldn't be more pleased with the service Factory Direct provided.

I called customer services and received efficient and polite service. My husband and I were satisfied from start to finish with this experience.
They understood what I was wanting and helped pick out the perfect products. I have referred them to several people and will continue to do so. They impressed me very much!!!

We have a one story home built in the 1960s that severely needed new windows. Factory Direct was recommended to us by a family friend that lives near by and since he was so pleased with them, I thought we'd give them a try too. I am glad I did because they took good care of us. The sales guy and the installers were very friendly a a pleasure to deal with. They answered all my questions and completed the job in a timely manner. I have more improvements that I would like to do. My patio door and front door are next on my list and I plan on calling Factory Direct again.

This is a stellar company with great prices! We recently purchased 6 double hung windows from Factory Direct and was astounded at how much lower their price was compared to the other companies we checked out. The installer did a phenomenal job and was super friendly too. I have recommend this company to two co-workers already and would recommend them to anyone looking for great windows and great prices!

We had a very good experience with this company. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the "friendly reminder" call the day before my appointment and the "customer service follow-up" call after my appointment. I would give this company 4 1/2 out of 5 stars! The only reason I am taking off a half star is because I wasn't able to get an appointment for the following day...apparently they were already booked. Overall, Factory Direct has been a great company to deal with and I received phenomenal pricing for my windows. I am very much looking forward to when they are installed!

Great company! They went over more than just replacing my windows. We talked about energy efficiency, curb appeal, sound proofing, installation, and the difference between all the different manufacturers that they carry. Most importantly the ROI (Return On Investment), it's only going to take 5 years to get a ROI vs. 15 years with other companies. Plus I got a lifetime warranty. What's not to like...They do good work!

We did alot of research when it came to looking for a window replacement company. Like most people, I was looking for a reputable Indy based company with fair prices. Factory Direct far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best company out there. Not only was the consultant they sent friendly and extremely knowledgeable, his quote was hundreds less than some of the other quotes I received. They also had an A+ rating with the BBB and are a 4 time Angie's list award winner. The installers were also great and I couldn't be happier with how my windows turned out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new beautiful windows!!!

Factory Direct and their employees were a pleasure to work with. When I submitted a request for an estimate, they had contacted us within 24 hours and we had an estimate within the week. I was pleasantly surprised at their promptness when the work was to begin. They set the time for arrival from between 10:00 -11:00am and they arrived exactly at 10:00. The insulation crew was polite, respectful, and very friendly and did very detailed and high quality work. They cleaned up everything after the windows were installed. They also walked around the house with me to make sure everything looked great! I would highly recommend Factory Direct. I was extremely happy with the outcome my windows look great!
