When I first moved into my house, the original windows were old but looked like they could last about a year at the most until they needed to be replaced. Less than three months after moving into the house, the original windows were letting cold air in the home during the wintertime and even allowed water infiltration in the house during the springtime. I had several window companies come to my house trying to sell me on windows that had class-action lawsuits that I found from researching them, they were unquestionably expensive, and they did not have any lifetime warranty on them. The other window companies even made me feel uncomfortable and tried rushing me to make a fast decision. That all changed after seeing Factory Direct. Factory Direct came out to my home and analyzed my old windows. They gave me a great selection of windows I could choose from that had a guaranteed lifetime warranty, glass breakage warranty, and a warranty on materials and installation. These particular windows did not have any class action lawsuits on them, and the prices were down-to-earth compared to the other window company’s high prices of 800 to 900 per window. Factory Direct helped me save a lot of money on my newly purchased windows with better quality and better ratings for only 529 per window. Factory Direct also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of purchasing my new windows. They did not pressure me to make a fast decision on going with them like all the other window companies that came to my house. Factory Direct was very nice and had excellent customer service. I was very impressed with the results of my new windows thanks to Factory Direct! I give Factory Direct kudos for not pressuring me to make a fast decision on going with them instead of going with the other window companies. Alternatively, Factory Direct encouraged me to wait before I made a decision on what window company I wanted to go with; that way I could discuss it with my wife. They even reassured me that there is no rush on making the decision by a specific date. When I made the decision on going with Factory Direct, they made sure to make an appointment to move forward that was respectively scheduled at a time when I was off work. Factory Direct took the time I needed for them to show me the specific type of window I wanted that would make my house look wonderful. More importantly, how much money I would save going with Factory Direct’s pricing than the other window companies. The installers made sure I was comfortable with the particular windows I chose and extremely well-experienced, given the reason that I can see the huge difference of my new windows compared to my old windows before replaced by Factory Direct!

Very fine window selection at affordable prices. They also have very helpful employees that are kind and patient. This is nice especially for an older person like myself that is not comfortable with technology and would rather talk to someone face to face and ask questions rather than over the computer.

Factory Direct has very knowledgeable consultants and they are a pleasure to have in your home. After appointments with three other local window companies, I did not want another pushy "used car sales man" type in my home and it was a breath of fresh air when my consultant Stephen came out. He truly listened to what I wanted, rather than force a certain window my way and he told me to "take my time" which was the complete opposite of everyone else who told me that I had to buy today or the price was changing. Choosing Factory Direct was an easy decision and my windows that were installed exactly 3 days ago look terrific.

Very good experience. Factory Direct has an online tool where you can submit a quote that you received from another window company and they will beat that quote. I wasn't sure how/if it would work out well for me, but in fact it did. Plain and simple, I got the windows I wanted at the lowest price out there.

We originally had Factory Direct give us a quote back in September however we weren't able to move forward due to some unexpected car repairs that came up shortly after our consultation. I explained the situation to our sales consultant Sonny and he completely understood. He kept in touch every once in a while and there were at least 3 occasions where I called him with additional questions and he always returned my call promptly and was eager to help. I was impressed because he knew that I wasn't able to buy the windows anytime soon and yet he helped me at every turn. Of course, when we finally had saved up for all 15 windows and a patio door, albeit 4 months later, Sonny was once again extremely helpful. We have had our new windows and patio door for several weeks now and I am delighted with how they turned out and even more happy with the customer service I received from Sonny.

Factory Direct has alot of windows to choose from, even if you have a tight budget. We needed 7 windows replaced and although I wanted a good quality window, I didn't want to break the bank. I was able to find exactly what I needed. The master installer, Mike, that completed the project did an excellent job. They were on time and they cleaned up after the job, leaving everything in perfect condition.

I was pleased with the selection of windows to choose from. I felt they had a good amount that fell within the price point I needed, all while not having to give up on quality. Good installation and good employees. Everyone I dealt with, from their admin, to the sales guy, to the installers, everyone was nice and very accommodating.

I submitted my competitive quote to Factory Direct online, and they beat my quote by 18%. I was hoping for 60%, but no one could beat Factory Direct's pricing after the 18% off which came to $1,834.00 in savings. I'm well pleased with my windows and the quality of our windows are very nice. I've also noticed energy saving along with a sound reduction outside noises that we don't notice any more.

I am the type of person that researches everything, so I knew prior to meeting any window companies, the two brands of windows I was most interested in. Factory Direct not only had the two I was interested in (they state they carry over 25 different manufacturers) but they were able to give me the best price compared to everyone else. I also researched their company reviews and read many positive reviews, especially when it came to their installers, who unlike many companies, were NOT subcontractors. My windows are now completed and they turned out excellent.

It went well. Factory Direct has a good handle on what the typical window shopper needs. My consultant was very friendly, patient, and was a wealth of knowledge. He took the time to really listen to my concerns - this was very important to me. After understanding my desires for my ideal window he then directed me to what he felt would be the best window for our home. Since they carry so many different windows and so many different manufacturers, I thought I would be lost and confused, but I was not. My consultant did a wonderful job. The quote I received was right on par with where I wanted to be and so we decided to move forward that same day. We had our windows installed this week and I am happy to report everything went off seamlessly.

I have used Factory Direct now three separate times and every experience has been a good one. We needed to replace all 30 of our windows in our home and although their prices were good, we could not afford to do them all at one time. Factory Direct was very understanding and said a lot of people complete their windows in phases. I even requested the same installer since he did such a great job the first time and second time and they did everything they could to meet this request. They are very customer service oriented and that is why they earned my repeat business.

We did our due diligence when looking into local window companies before going with this company. Factory Direct of Indianapolis did a very good job from start to finish and all of their employees were pleasant and eager to help. We worked with John and he guided us through everything we needed for our home. Also, our installer Howard was great and he worked with our difficult schedule when it came time for the windows to be installed.

This is the second time we have used Factory Direct of Indianapolis. We first had 7 windows installed back in the summer of 2016 and we just had the rest of our windows replaced this fall on the 1st of October. Both times the company did a terrific job. Scheduling an appointment was easy and both salesmen we have worked with were great. They have great quality windows and great installers. I feel very confident making this statement since our first set of windows have been installed for over a year. This is the main reason we came back to them for a second time.

I was referred to Factory Direct from a co-worker that said their sister had a good experience with them and so I decided to make them one of the three window replacement companies I was going to check out. I took my time and evaluated all three companies. I compared the windows, the price, the estimated lead time, and the company's reviews. I choose Factory Direct because they came out on top in all the categories I was weighing out. My windows were installed yesterday and while it's only been a day, I am completely happy with the finished product.

The experience we had with Factory Direct was a very good one. They were recommended by a family friend who bought windows from them last year. The fella that came out was a nice, down to earth guy that walked us through everything there was to know about windows. Once we narrowed it down and selected the best windows for our needs, he then helped us through the financing options. We had our windows installed this week and just like our sales guy, the installers were great too. They arrived exactly on time, did the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up their worksite perfectly. The customer service, all the individuals we worked with, and the price we paid were all first-rate.

We've been needing to replace our wood windows for over a year now but kept procrastinating because the idea of purchasing windows was a daunting task. Luckily, after having several companies come out we were able to make an easy selection. Factory Direct gave great customer service right from the beginning. Everyone from their admin to their sales guy, to their installers, and their customer service team members, all were friendly and extremely helpful. Our windows have been installed for several months now and we are 100% happy with everything, including the price.

I'm very happy with the quality, price and service. After getting 5 estimates, I decided to go with Factory Direct Windows and I'm so glad I did. We had Mike install our windows and his attention to detail along with the extra time and effort that he took to install my windows made me happy.
