This company does the bare minimum. They were called in for a water damage thought to be from an AC unit freeze. they extracted water from 1/2 the basement and didn't think that was odd that an ac unit would leave that much water from a frozen pipe. they went back in 3 days later and extracted more water. When asked by my property management comp. they said it prob. wasn't the ac, might want to call plumber because it was 3/4 basement this time. The said it might be roof leak, crack in slab, pipe leak or a drain back up from a drain they saw in dip in floor. We asked them if there was mold and they said no. They also said it smelled soapy. It ended up being a drain plugged, and there was mold 12 plus inches up the drywall. When I asked them why there guy said nothing of mold when he was there they said it is not there job to look for mold until 3 days after they dry the carpet and come back to clean it. Also I am not sure how sewer smells soapy. The company I had after things were done took detailed notes and before and after pictures. This company wants you to just take there word for it. I also know the other company would have helped figure out what was causing the problem to prevent them from having to come back later to do the same job again. This company told me on the phone that is not their job. Their job was just to extract water. That is it.
