The storage space is fine; what I was not happy with was that when I first went in person to ask about fees (then went other places to compare), they did NOT mention that insurance was obligatory nor quote me a price for it, so I chose them based on the lower price when actually the other company was lower when the insurance was added on. By the time they mentioned it, we had completely finished the application and I just went ahead and took the space rather than having to go back over to the other company. But I felt like they intentionally omitted telling me that when I first asked for a quote.
