Provided by YP.comDo not use this business. I attempted to get hats made for our firehouse and unfortunately I chose EP. They made an error and didn't center the embroidery correctly. We requested one of the hats be redone. Promises were made multiple times and they never followed through. This is a family business and no accountability for errors. They view their own errors as an inconvenience for them, not you. Don't use this company.
