Pretty prejudiced and discriminatory like most temp services-I got an e-mail from a prospect to let me know that they are still hiring and contact the temp service their going through-I called and was treated rude and non professional-I also detected anger and resentment in the employees voice-like what was I calling for-we rejected you-what there doing like most temps these days is hiring people that have Bachelors and Associates degrees for High School level jobs-there over qualified for these positions and as soon as they find work in there field they will quit-the recession hurt them also-this shouldn't be done and it wasn't years ago-its getting worse and worse-one has to be perfect now-and the assessments-they have these erroneous questions to determine what type of charactor and personality one has-what a joke-heres an example I came accross-"would you strike up a conversation with a stranger on a bus"-well I don't know-I might have a headache that day-I might be introverted not extroverted-whats it there business anyway-whats that got to do with performing ones job well-it seems one has to have a certain behavior now and such to get a job if one isn't self employed-it wasn't like this years ago-one could be an individual and be left alone-its called FREEDOM-which is going out the window-and I've been to interviews and I thought I was talking to a probation officer-it was like I was like a crimminal and had to prove otherwise-I never have been in jail-have a HS Diploma-experience in what I'm seeking and still can't find a job-its not me-its THEM-so all of you who feel guilty and depressed because you can't find a job remember your good-what gets me too is I've come accross ads that said "must have been employed continuously for the last year"-yeah right-the worst recession since 1929 and in todays world it has to be continuous employment-who are they kidding-there just hurting people and making people homeless and depend on the government for assistence with their dogma and unfairness-it wasn't like this years ago-I remember walking in and walking out with a job and treated with respect-now your lucky if the creeps will even talk to you except through a machine-were alienated now as a world of people and its getting worse-nuff said!
