We were referred to Elegant Bath by our plumber when we needed to replace a toilet seat we didn't like on a newly installed Toto toilet. The original seat was $50 which we thought was outrageous but was part of the order for the toilet. The replacement seat we looked at at Elegant Bath (another brand) was over $300 for the least expensive version. This store is very, very upscale. It is the display room for Central Supply plumbing--which is just down the road. I'd recommend you make an appointment because there was only one salesperson in the store and she was tired up with a customer working out details for a full bathroom remodel. When the salesperson who our plumber had talked with came to work, she was more than kind in getting the information we needed since nothing is labeled with prices. That's why I recommend you make an appointment. I am giving it three stars because it isn't the store for someone who needs an inexpensive replacement item.
