In order to obtain any information from the attorney or to see if the attorney will even meet with you to accept your case, the secretary ask several questions regarding your case and then a paralegal calls back and re-ask the same questions along with additional questions, then he meets with the attorney to decide if he will take your case. This is redundant, waste of time, and very time consuming especially when they decide not to take the case! Very annoying practice! How about meet with the client in person instead of over the phone and how about one person ask the important questions? How about telling the truth when you choose not to take a case!
