Horrible builder. Run far away from this place. Worst experience ever. They use unskilled cheap labor and try to protect themselves afterwards with all the waivers they have you sign.

Davis Homes is one of the worst builders and they do shady business. Do NOT build with Davis! They don't return phone calls or follow through with their warranty contract!
