Dr. Daniel Miller is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and later moved to Nashville, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he obtained his BA in biology and anthropology. He went on to attend Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois and complete a surgical residency at St. Maryâ??s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.
