Unprofessional and petty. After a year of treatment we didn't finish one single treatment plan we started (most of which were supposed to last 6-12 weeks). When asked why we didn't finish they always said that I "trailed off", blaming me for for their lack of structure.

Their solution to everything was to add more treatment, at one point I had seven appointments a week. Their only interest is to keep clients with insurance coming to more appointments. They are manipulative and unethical.

One provider told me the reason I made no progress was that my life was "full of small fires that they had to put out". She told me this in response to me telling her my boyfriend had committed suicide, which to date is the most unprofessional and insensitive thing any health care provider has ever said to me.
