Front office staff

I got glasses there two years ago. I selected cool frames. The person who works out front incorrectly calculated my bill. I tried to cancel and was told I was unable to do so and had to select a boring frame. I was never able to see well. I just went to eyeglass world. My prescription changed slightly which means holly was accurate. What was wrong was the measurement for my progressive lens. I recommend holly but go somewhere else to buy frames and lenses.

GOOD GOOD GOOD

Did you read the warranty explanation? I have been going to 96th Street Eye Care for years now. I did have a problem with my frame once and they fixed it right away no questions asked. I have always been very satisfied with every aspect of 96th Street Eye Care. The Drs are very thorough and staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel they have good customer communication and respect. They are very good with kids. I wasn't rude when I went in and treated them with respect when I had the problem with my frame. They don't make the frames. There are times that something happens and it is out of the hands of the distributor.

96th Street Eye Care is a very thorough practice. Their doctors are very attentive to all your questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of frames that don't make you have to get 2nd mortgage on your house to afford like other providers in the area. Very knowledgeable staff on products available. Definitely recommend trying this office. You won't ever leave to another Dr.

This was the best eye care center that I have ever been to. I ordered a year supply of contacts with absolutely no problems and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctors were willing to answer all of my questions and I love their selection of frames. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!

I disagree with both of the previous replies. I personally love the doctors and staff at 96th Street Eye Care. The cost of their contacts are a bit more because they are not a chain. Therefore, they cannot lock in the lower prices that large chains can. Regarding the extra testing, it is written on the initial paperwork that these tests are helpful to the doctor. They are not required. As far as contact lenses go, they do offer extended wear contact lenses. All other providers also charge for the contact lense exam, the cost is probably just rolled into the fee so you never know the seperated costs. Any question you have is always answered fully. Remember, the ones who leave these posts are angry. Think of all the happy people who haven't left posts.
