Does not return calls. Put a sign up for "community" garage sale without notifying the community. The annual meetings are not happening. No newsletters. Who handles the $$ and what is it paying for? Where are the rules and regulations? They don't send out statements for annual fees just late slips. I suspect something is going on....... that the community doesn't know about.........
