We hired this company to take care of my grandmother that was dying of cancer. They cared for her 24 hours a day 7 days a week for almost six months. Their staff was kind courteous professional and very well trained. I can't tell you how we would have ever managed to get through this difficult time without Comfort Keepers. I live in a Senior community and some of the women who work for this company let the dog that belongs to the lady they take care of do his business on community property behind the home, and leaves it there. My grandson visit and step on it and got it on his shoes. I talk to the employee on a Wednesday and got rude remark to me about it, so I call health department. Waiting now to see if they will clean up dog feces. Poor dog has to walk in this, plus a disease risk. I would not hire this company because of this filth and also the rudeness of this big woman employee.

This in in response to Allnew's review which said the company was unethical. Who was the caregiver who cared for your loved one ? I know of one male employee who has major anger problems, and I would not want him in my home ever again. This man cares more about making sure he gets his sleep than the needs of your loved one. This company knows about his extreme anger problems, however, they continue to keep him employed. Due to their decision to keep him employed, I, for one, have chosen to go with an entirely different company. I would choose another company, simply because they continue to keep such a caregiver employed. I do not want a man with such anger problems, caring for my loved one. How many more of their caregivers have such problems ? I am not willing to find out.
