Provided by YP.comThe machine jammed. It wouldn't give me the Amazon receipt. I had to wait for someone to fix it. They were on break. When it jammed it defaults to the cash receipt thus taking out the fee. Amazon charges no fee. It's a glitch in the software. It seems it should just print out the Amazon certificate for the money accepted. I won't use it again.
